CHEMICAL AIR FILTER
Chemical Air Filter applied on Fabrication clean room of Semiconductor and Display, industrial application, and various Equipment.
Series
Features
Filter media of GemVax&KAEL is made by spreading and bonding adsorbents on non-woven fabric.
Sorts and amount of adsorbent can be selected and controlled, that makes it possible to customize and design filters fit on customers’ needs.
Filter media designed in considering customers’ need such as conditions at each site is manufactured as filter product through optimized design.
Completed filter is supplied to customer by strict test procedure.
Filter of GemVax&KAEL that has low pressure drop and long lifespan provides more clean and pleasant environment
Series

RT Series
Round type filter applied on FFU doesn’t need further structure such as buffer to put on filter
PT Series
Pleated type filter which can be customized by customers’ needs is typical filter variously applied on Facility (FFU, OAC,& AHU) and Equipment .
VT Series
V-Bed type filter is specifically applied on Equipment such as Photo scanner filter housing and Track.
TT Series
Tray type filter is applied on Facility (OAC and AHU).
The way of replacing just tray inside of filter box(frame) make its management convenient.
